New Look

The first thing you will notice about this new site is its new look. Let’s take a look at how it is organized, the following is the home page:

Initial Differences

One of the first differences you will note about this site is that it has 2 menu bars – one at the very top of the page and a second below the header. The Upper Menu Bar groups operational/maintenance functions. The Lower Menu Bar has tabs for the main site content. Submenus appear, if there are any, first down and then to the right. The Sidebar will contain various features and will probably change over time. The area marked News will contain all the latest news about the site and any other items of interest.

You can always go back to this “Home” page by clicking on the icon at the top left in the Upper Menu Bar.
