    Hi my name is Jeff Pollock.  1 SSM Bty RCA was my first op posting out of the School of Signals.  I joined The Bty in Picton, ON Apr 61.  I sent the first fire order for the first Honest John fired in Canada at Camp Petawawa, ON,Oct 61.  Later in Dec 61 we left Quebec City aboart the QSS Arcadia for Bremenhaven, Germany.  We had a great time.  One of my running mates was Ted Simmons.  We said we had to go on exercise to give the body a rest. A great unit and a great bunch of guys. I returned to Canada in Jan 64.  Take Care Everyone,  Jeff
