- Hello. I have found this site by error. Imagine - this is such a pleasure! I have been back to Germany many, many times and I always go back to my memories in this area. The streets have been renamed now and the street #'s are now also different. I am a TRUE military brat. I have wonderful memories and am so very fortunate to have lived in Hemer. I started my travelling then in 1955 and have been travelling ever since. I stay in Hemer and also in Iserlohn when I go back regularly. Write me if you know me. We had a piano in our PMQ.
