- I have many fantastic memories of my time in Germany. They will last a lifetime. School friends, Saturday trips to many amazing places from historic castles to lots of great cities and towns, the Mohne Zee and dam, and of course the Deutchefolke young and old....so many incredible adventures for a young boy. I loved Germany then and still do. I have returned for a visit and work and would do it again at a moments notice. My son has lived and worked there as well and agrees. The best of the old world and new!
