Bob Turner My B.S.M. was Sargent Major Sam Whitt, and my Troop Sargent Major was Sargent Major Bill Conway. I can't remember most of the bars that I frequented with my friends Walter Fowler, Monks, Christenson, Staabe, Arolouto Bdr. Stacey, to name a few. I remember the Molly Bar was the first Bar going into Deilinghoffen and The Ranch House. I remember that that was the main dance hall around the camp and it was a good socialising bar as well. This is a great way to network and keep track of old friends.--------------Ubique-----------Bob Turner (trapper) February 8, 2005
Ron Ritchie Hello to fellow Soesters! I really had a blast at the Vancouver reunion. A lot of people made an appearance and made us all appreciate what an opportunity we had enjoyed. I lost contact with a lot of friends when I moved to 4 Wing (Baden Baden) in 1962. Does anybody know the present address of Judy Jeffs? I would like to be able to reconnect. Hope to hear from old friends. February 3, 2005

Darlene Richardson I went to Hemer for grades 6-9. I am looking for old classmates. I remember Patsy Gilbert, Pat Thompkins, and Carol Libby. My father was transferred to Calgary after Germany. We were there from 65-68. Then we went to Camp Borden, ON. I now live near Barrie, On. If anyone remembers me or knows of anyone I went to school with, please contact me. January 27, 2005

Marcelle Marquis I'm presently living in Toronto. Last nite a few of us got together at John Partridge's pub. It just so happened that his brother Owen was in town from Egypt and his brother Barry dropped in from Borden. Linda Prouse, Dave Flannery and wife Sherry Moore and John Martin were there as well. We were thinking of maybe trying a "mini reunion" next summer sometime, very informal, but if anyone else is in the area and interested in coming out, just contact me. Great to see so many familiar names on this website. Thanks. November 27, 2004
Dave Leslie Your website brought back many good memories. I visited Werl in 1999; although Fort St Louis was in a very sad state, the citizens of Werl had not forgotten us. That was most heartwarming. November 26, 2004
Larry MacDonald Like all others who have posted messages, review of your web site and the names in the guestbook have refreshed fond memories of times in Germany. Regards to all. November 25, 2004

Debby Sterling I would sure love to hear from anyone that was stationed in Iserlohn or Hemer in this time frame. Not yesterday I realize but seems like it some days. November 21, 2004
Charlie Rushmere Best years of my life, so many memories all year, every year and often wonder where everyone is. Would love to go back to the town and the square, plus the Red Patch and the Sally Ann and the November downtown circus. Played hockey, ball soccer. If anyone remembers, Email me. Brian Wilson, Debbie Jewson, Lucy Yarmovich, Jane Calder etc. November 17, 2004
Andre Boyer My error in my last entry was the grades I attended in those years. I thought I was going to make it into the high school in both grades 6 and 7 but they changed those grades back to the Junior School. It was a disappointment not have made it to the high school but attended dances, basketball tournaments and many other great activities there. November 12, 2004
Andre Boyer I really think the website is the greatest. They kept changing the grades at the senior school so I never got there. Would have gone there in Grade 6 but they moved that back to the Junior School in 1962. Have looked at the guest book and see old and familiar names of friends. My Dad was in the Pay Corps in Fort Henry (Sgt. Jean-Paul Boyer - Good hockey referee) November 12, 2004
