   I am going thru all pictures and articles of Hemer, Soest and Werl areas and miss it there badly. I am going to Hemer in April of this year and cannot wait even though everything is changed. Thanks to all who have put all this together?

   I remember eating all the fabulous food in Germany.When I was pregnant with my son,I got my husband to go around the corner from where we lived to get me a currywurst from the chipwagon.He said it was too late,I said I had to have one or I wouldn’t be able to sleep.So he went and the kind man made his pregnant wife 2 currywurst!!I sure enjoyed them!!!

   As kids we just loved the fresh hot sauerbraten served in paper sleeves just like French fries served from local chip wagons. Rock candy in sea shells you would lick them until your jaws hurt
