The architectural feature that probably everyone noticed, was the red tiled roof shingles. What other architectural features jog your memory?

I taught in the Secondary school in Soest from 1956 to 1958. I taught Grades 7 and 8 the first year and Grade 8 the second. I lived in officer’s barracks (RCASC) at Fort Chambly during the time there. I was 24 when I returned home the Saskatoon. I remember and thrill at my great fortune to have been there teaching and traveling at that time.
I retired 29 years ago and have lived in Victoria,BC now for 24 years.
I was back to Soest in 1983 touring the school and the barracks at Fort Chambly.
I would be very pleased to hear from former students or staff.
